I’m Samy Kramer, a 24-year-old aviation geek!

Coming from a family background of pilots, ATCOs and FAs, I naturally was fascinated by aviation. At the age of 14 I started flying gliders, proceeded to get my PPL a couple of years later and am currently working on my ATPL.

In the roughly 800 hours I've flown thus far I've experienced many beautiful moments that I felt needed to be captured.

Some experiences stood out more than others, one of such being formation flying. As a glider pilot it was natural to learn how to fly close continous formations in pursuit of the perfect lift. Seeing an aircraft in flight from an outside point of view is an incredible sight. Pair that with some great backdrop and proper light and you have a perfect image- that's how I got into aviation photography!

Now, besides my studies and my full time engineering job, I try to accomodate as many shoots and projects as time allows, always on the pursuit to best display the beautiful machines we get to fly in their "natural habitat".

Over the past 5 years I was able to plan, coordinate and execute a multitude of aviation shoots in different parts of the world for manufacturers, magazines, owners as well as military squadrons.
